Booking Terms & Conditions

When booking direct, we take a 50% non-refundable deposit due on receipt of invoice. The remainder is due two weeks prior to your arrival.

Check in is from 4pm. Departure by 10am.

Please leave the property in the condition in which you found it.

Please feel free to explore the estate’s hills and woodlands, while respecting the privacy of the properties on the estate. For the safety of our animals, please leave gates as you find them (either open or closed).

Please keep dogs on leads around our livestock, we can advise which fields are currently empty if you would like to let your dog run free.

Our accommodation is dog friendly, but please bring your own bedding if your dog will be sleeping on the bed.

No smoking in any of the properties.

No fireworks allowed anywhere on the estate for the safety of our animals.

Please note, we do not offer charging of electric vehicles at this time. Electric car charging points are available in Lochgilphead.
